The hotel has beautiful rooms with delicious food, but poor acoustics can be disturbing. The front office staff is very helpful even during cold weather. The location offers great photo opportunities and a royal experience, although it's not very convenient being on the outskirts of Berlin.

My stay was absolutely delightful! The room was wonderfully decorated, with a fountain inside, and the spacious layout felt grand. The furniture and in-room facilities were superb, complete with a plate of fruits and chocolates welcoming you. Despite the cold weather outside, the room was very cosy. The staff, especially Mr Chako and Mr Joydeep, were professional, responsive, and humble, providing top-quality service. The location was perfect, offering a palace-like feeling with excellent views and a serene atmosphere. The dining experience was satisfactory, with either a buffet or freshly made food, although the choices were a bit limited. The facilities were great, and I felt pampered throughout my stay.
