The hotel has beautiful rooms with delicious food, but poor acoustics can be disturbing. The front office staff is very helpful even during cold weather. The location offers great photo opportunities and a royal experience, although it's not very convenient being on the outskirts of Berlin.

The dining experience was satisfactory, with either a buffet or freshly made food, although the choices were a bit limited. The facilities were great, and I felt pampered throughout my stay.
